Learning how to relax consciously is one of the most profound and accessible ways to reshape the unconscious positively & access the innate healing powers of the body. This rejuvenating workshop is particularly helpful and healing in times of lower energy, injury or high stress. We will work with a therapeutic approach where we move through a steady (which builds strength), mindful Vinyasa slow flow where we will take our time with each pose within the sequence. You will experience a deeply meditative practice, after which the mind will be clear and still and the body soft and open. The workshop will conclude with Yoga Nidra- a journey towards enlightened sleep.

"INTRODUCING THE YOGIC SYSTEM OF THE KOSHAS. "
The koshas are energetic layers or sheaths that move from the outermost layer of skin to the deep spiritual core of our being. The Koshas provide a framework for conceptualizing & knowing ourselves. There are 5 Koshas and in this workshop we will explore techniques to experience each; the physical body, the pranic body, the mind, the wisdom body, to the radiant bliss body. This workshop is for those wanting to progress deeper into their already established yoga practice.
